Audrey Lepore, M.S.

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Audrey is a compassionate therapist with a deep commitment to supporting clients of all ages through life’s challenges. With a strong foundation in psychology and clinical mental health, Audrey brings compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions, using a personalized, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Audrey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her clinical internship at the Faulk Center for Counseling, where she provided therapeutic services to individuals, families, and psychoeducational groups. Her professional experience spans a wide range of settings, including Title I schools, where she supported children with emotional and behavioral challenges. She is particularly passionate about helping children develop emotional regulation and coping skills through play therapy and mindfulness-based techniques. Audrey also works closely with parents, offering the STEPS parenting program to help strengthen the parent-child relationship and improve family dynamics.

In addition to her work with children and families, Audrey has provided care for older adults and individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. She brings a warm, nonjudgmental presence to every session and values the therapeutic relationship as a powerful tool for growth and healing.

Audrey integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based practices to help clients build resilience, gain insight, and create lasting, meaningful change. Above all, Audrey is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to thrive.
