What is Teletherapy?
Online therapy, otherwise known as teletherapy, means more accessible therapy choices. Psychological Wellness Center offers online therapy to make it easy for clients to receive the same care typically offered in our offices via confidential video-conferencing. It is helpful for situations where an in-office visit is not possible or likely. Conducting therapy online helps you get the care you need in the face of factors that may otherwise seem like obstacles, such as a busy lifestyle, time constraints, inflexible or erratic work schedule, disability or illness.
Online therapy allows you to log on at a time that is convenient for you. Clients of teletherapy have appreciated the convenience, while still seeing improvements in their overall well-being.
Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions about receiving therapy online. Please feel free to contact usif you have any further questions or would like more information.
