Roselyn Medina, M.S.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Roselyn's provides a therapy space where her clients feel heard, understood, and supported while navigating life’s challenges. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, built on the understanding that each person brings their own experiences, strengths, and goals into the therapy room. Whether you are working through a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or hoping to better understand yourself, she will work alongside you to help you find a path forward that feels meaningful to you.

Roselyn works with adolescents, adults, and older adults, helping clients navigate emotional challenges, relationship concerns, life transitions, and patterns that may be keeping them from feeling their best. This approach emphasizes building trust, recognizing your existing strengths, and developing practical tools to manage emotions, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change. She believe therapy is most effective when we work together, at a pace that feels comfortable for you, toward goals that reflect what matters most in your life.

With specialized training and experience in trauma-informed therapies, Roselyn strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore difficult experiences without judgment. I recognize how past experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to the world around us. Together, we can work toward greater understanding, emotional well-being, and a stronger sense of confidence in moving forward.

As a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking therapist, she values the opportunity to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and honor the unique cultural and personal experiences that shape each person’s story. Her goal is for you to feel comfortable being yourself, understood in your experiences, and supported as you work toward a more fulfilling life.
