RATES & APPOINTMENTS

Psychological Wellness Center accepts payment by cash, check, or credit/debit card. Clients are responsible for payment at the time services are rendered unless an alternate arrangement has been worked out. If an appointment is to be cancelled or rescheduled, 24 hours notice is required in order to avoid a service charge.
Our standard rates for therapy range from $120 to $180 per session, and are dependent upon therapist, availability, and length of session. Please contact us to discuss fees for each therapist and service.
We hold several slots open with reduced rates for those demonstrating financial difficulties or those preferring not to use their insurance, while still being able to pay fees similar to those of co-pays.
Therapists in our office are out-of-network providers. Instead of taking insurance directly, we can prepare documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many companies offer coverage for out-of-network providers.
It is best to start by contacting your insurance company to learn about their reimbursement policy for mental health services.
We offer a free initial 12-minute consultation for you to discuss our services and meet with your potential therapist (in-person, by phone, or virtually) to ensure a “good fit.” If interested, please request this at time of booking.
