We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of care, easy and fast scheduling, at affordable rates.
RATES
Our standard rates for therapy ranges from $130 to $180 per session, which is dependent upon therapist you choose to work with.

Some of our therapists hold several appointments open with reduced rates for those demonstrating financial difficulties or those preferring not to use their insurance.

Let us know your carrier, so we can match you with a therapist who takes your insurance. Please note, we are not enrolled with EAPs.​

It is best to start by contacting your insurance company to learn about their reimbursement policy and deductibles for mental /behavioral health office visits.

Psychological Wellness Center accepts payment by cash, check, HSA card, or credit/debit card. Clients are responsible for payment at the time services are rendered unless an alternate arrangement has been worked out. If an appointment is to be cancelled or rescheduled, 24 hours notice is required in order to avoid a service charge.
