Everyday Mindfulness Camp

Week 2: July 27th - 31st
Keeps kids happy and healthy. Offers children (Ages 6-15 years old) an opportunity to practice developing a sense of calm and confidence by teaching everyday skills that improve concentration, help understand emotions, and increase ability to cope with everyday stress.

$50 registration fee

Healthful Snacks Provided
Our camp is for children aged 6-15. Some activities will be combined (e.g. group yoga, relaxation, and guided imagery exercises), and some will be split by age group like arts and crafts, active discussion/games, sensory exploration.
