Anxiety Club

Helps adolescents learn healthy ways to reduce anxiety

Your teen will embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. Through engaging activities, creative expression, games, and meaningful discussions, our club is beneficial for adolescents struggling with anxiety and/or excessive worrying.

  • Adolescents will work on developing positive coping skills, relaxation techniques, challenging and replacing negative thoughts, and learn to manage their anxiety in a safe, supportive environment

  • Utilize peers to gain support and normalize challenges experienced on a daily basis

  • Explore Emotions in Pop Culture: Analyzing movies, music, and social media to deepen emotional awareness and empathy.

  • Stress Less: Learn practical stress management techniques and mindfulness practices to navigate the pressures of teenage life with ease.

  • Embrace Authenticity: Promote self-esteem and body positivity in the age of social media, fostering self-love and acceptance.

  • Redefine Relationships: Develop effective communication skills and build authentic connections in the digital age

  • Build Resilience: Discover the power of resilience and learn valuable coping strategies to bounce back from setbacks stronger than ever.
