Dr. Sully Colón, Psy.D.
Dr. Colón is completing her postdoctoral residency at the Psychological Wellness Center. She specializes in child and adolescent assessments, interventions, and executive functioning coaching. Her expertise is conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for giftedness, specific learning disabilities (dyslexia) and differences, ADHD, social-emotional functioning, and behavioral challenges. Through a comprehensive psychoeducational assessment parents/guardians can acquire a wealth of knowledge pertaining to their child’s cognitive and behavioral strengths and areas of opportunity.
Dr. Colón's earned her doctoral degree in school psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Her training has included various settings such as public and private schools, private practice and community mental health settings where she provided evidenced-based interventions. She is a member of the National Association of School Psychologists, Florida Association of School Psychologists, International Positive Psychology Association, and Palm Beach Association of School Psychology.
Dr. Colón is dedicated to helping all children develop their strengths, address their areas of opportunities and to provide a safe environment so they may foster a sense of curiosity and intrinsic motivation for their education. She is a passionate advocate for the fulfillment of children’s appropriate learning needs.
